Return and Refund Policy
We are committed to providing you with a pleasant shopping experience. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, here is our return policy for purchases made in Europe.
Return Conditions
- Returns Period : You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return an item to us. After this period, we will unfortunately not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
- Product Condition : To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Any item not meeting these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.
- Exclusions : Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
Return Procedure

Contact us before any return
Before returning an item, it is imperative to contact us at the following address: contact@laboitealoisirs.com. We will send you the necessary instructions to facilitate the procedure. -
Return Shipping
Returns must be made exclusively via Mondial Relay, with shipping costs being the responsibility of the customer. For items worth more than €75, we strongly recommend using a tracking service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked packages. -
Required documents
Please include in the package the duly completed return form, which we will have sent to you by email. Be sure to indicate your name (as it appears on the order) and the order number (exactly as mentioned in your order confirmation).
These steps ensure that your return is processed quickly and efficiently.
Processing Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Returns are processed within 10 days of receiving your package (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Refund Approval : If your request is approved, the refund will be issued to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
- Refusal of Refund : In certain cases, a partial refund may be granted, for example for items damaged (not due to an error on our part) or returned beyond the 14-day period.
Reimbursement Delays
If you don't receive your refund after 10 days:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company as processing time may be required.
- Contact your bank. If the problem persists, please write to us at contact@laboitealoisirs.com .
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon receipt. To request an exchange, contact us at contact@laboitealoisirs.com .
Promotional Items
Only regular priced items are eligible for refund. Sale or promotional items are not refundable.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, the refund will be made in the name of the original purchaser.
Returns Shipping
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable. Processing time may vary depending on your location in Europe.
